Minimum of 10 years’ experience in testing, UAT validations, system design, gathering and documenting business requirements in technical application development settings. Must be able to describe both functional and process workflow requirements. Experience and certification in application delivery methodology strongly preferred. Must have specific experience in the development of use-case and process flow models. Experience with the UML and RUP strongly recommended.
Experience with execution / coordination of UAT validations strongly preferred.
Experience using SQL (to generate reports out of IES systems, involving huge data), automation of test script execution.
DHS Supplemental:
This position will be responsible for UAT validations, data script validations and coordination with state vendors. Support to hotline team with data.
KPI validations and automation using standard data queries. Coordinate with Operations team for live case review and resolution of issue. Support program admin team with system analysis and data, demonstration to federal agencies. Incident ticket monitoring. Coordinate system design sessions. identifying, interpreting and transforming DHS program business needs and policy requirements into documented business processes. Analyst will work with DHS Program (SNAP, RIW, CCAP, CCRU, LTSS, etc.) leads and their designees regularly to provide support, document requirements, and act as a liaison between DHS and our contractor(s).
Business UAT analyst will identify approaches to satisfy business requirements by conducting detailed analysis and technical design of program areas. Analyst will support implementation of a comprehensive case management solution utilizing current UHIP workflow and utilizing RIBridges software to conduct and document gap analysis, identify evidence needed to support requirements, develop business and functional requirements specifications, assist with designing the business solution, and assist with user acceptance testing. Responsible for escalating issues and decisions when appropriate to the Lead analyst, Chief (Human Services Policy and Systems Specialist) and ITSS Senior Manager.
Expected to provide weekly (and as-requested) project updates and reports to the Lead analyst, Chief (Human Services Policy and Systems Specialist). This position reports directly to the Lead analyst.
