Lead ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps modules, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence.
• Integrate ITOM solutions with other enterprise IT systems to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop automated workflows and scripts using JavaScript, PowerShell, and other tools to enhance ITOM functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert-level support for deployed solutions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of implementation processes and configurations.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and ITOM/AIOps best practices to ensure optimal platform usage.

Experience Requirement:

• 10-15 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps modules.
• Proven track record in implementing Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence modules.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), service maps, and IT operations processes.
• Experience in scripting for automation (JavaScript, PowerShell) and troubleshooting within ITOM solutions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITOM is a plus.
