Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage large datasets, lead quantitative analyses, and deliver strategic insights.
  • Build and deploy statistical models, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, product experimentation, and regressions.
  • Optimize e-commerce funnels, retention strategies, and key performance metrics.
  • Define, evaluate, and refine business and product metrics to guide optimization and innovation.
  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like UDP and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and aligning teams with business goals.
  • Apply advanced analytics techniques and adopt innovative problem-solving approaches in dynamic environments.
  • Drive automation of data pipelines and processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Interpret complex data sets and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices in data analysis and storytelling.
  • Contribute to the development of data governance standards and ensure data quality across projects.

Experience Required:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven experience in building scalable data workflows and automation solutions.
  • Strong track record of influencing product and business strategy through deep analytical insights.
  • Experience working closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define KPIs and measure success.
