Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable software solutions using microservices architecture.
  • Lead development and integration of applications using Spring and Kafka.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers on engineering best practices and standards.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to overall technology strategy.
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Research and adopt emerging technologies to drive digital transformation.
  • Support project delivery from concept through deployment following agile practices.
  • Work in a hybrid model: 3 days in office and 2 days remote from the Hyderabad Innovation Hub.

Experience Requirement:

  • 13 - 16 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
  • Strong background in Java, Spring, Microservices, Kafka, and cloud (AWS).
  • Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
