Description

Manage, configure, and support ZIA/ZPA policies, web filtering, URL categorization, firewall and SSL inspection.

Troubleshoot internet acces s, authentication, application access, and performance issues

Analyze ZIA/ZPA logs to identify traffic patterns, anomalies, and threats.

Configure and manage GRE/IPSec tunnels and PAC files.

Handle escalations related to content filtering, SSL decryption, and bandwidth control.

Integrate ZIA/ZPA with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, SAML, LDAP).

Optimize ZIA/ZPA policies based on security best practices and business needs.

Manage and monitor Zscaler App (Z-App) deployment, updates, and health status.

Deployment, Maintenance, & Troubleshooting of Agents/ZCC on all endpoints
