Workfront Consultant

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Workfront Consultant to support the optimization of event workflow processes in the initial phases of a Workfront implementation project. This role will be responsible for business analysis, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on configuration within Workfront. The ideal candidate will also support governance efforts and ensure accurate alignment between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities including end-to-end process mapping and detailed documentation of business requirements

Configure and build Workfront workflows tailored to support event operations and project requirements

Support and implement a new governance process requiring stakeholder approval and alignment with development efforts

Partner with solutioning and development teams to ensure business requirements are properly translated into technical deliverables

Facilitate stakeholder workshops, gather feedback, and maintain consistent communication on project progress

Ensure all requirements are captured, validated, and aligned with project objectives and governance guidelines

Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, including those with AI expertise, to ensure tooling and processes are aligned

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with Workfront implementation and configuration

Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams

Experience with process governance and solution lifecycle management

Comfortable working across technical and business domains in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
