Responsibilities include developing comprehensive test plans and cases based on project requirements and Workday modules
- Execution of test plans and accurate documentation of results
- Ensuring test runs and results are completed within given timeframe
- Working effectively with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Clear and concise communication of test results and findings
- Thorough testing of Workday configurations, integrations, and business processes
- Identification and reporting of defects or issues during testing
- Reviewing test cases with HR/Payroll and WFM teams to ensure comprehensive coverage
