Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support with setting up projects and security roles; ensuring proper approval levels for Purchasing/Procurement
  • Support for the go-live date for Payroll/human capital portion of ERP
  • Creation of workflows for expense reimbursement, the purchasing process, invoice payments, etc.
  • Support and consultation on how best to streamline the Workday processes into routine business functions
     

Requirements

  • Workday experience within State agencies
  • Workday implementation – minimum six months experience
  • Workday consultation – minimum six months experience
  • Workday experience within Finance, Procurement, Payroll and Human Resources – minimum 6 months experience
     

Preferred

  • Experience with Workday within a State Education agency

Any Graduate
