Experience:    3+years

Job Description:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience working with Workday Reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports), preferably in an HR or people analytics role.
• Strong understanding of Workday data structures, business objects, and reporting hierarchies.
• Experience in managing and analyzing large employee data sets with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
