Roles & Responsibility

 

  • Overall, 5+ years of relevant Workday experience and 2+ years of experience in Workday People Analytics
  • Good People Analytics fundamentals including but not limited to VIBE Index, Metrics, Visualization by Topic, Focus Insights, Storyteller Engine etc.
  • Expertise in configuration, design, and modification of Topics and metrices in Workday People Analytics
  • Perform Impact Analysis, Coding, population filter changes and Unit Testing as per design specification
  • Well versed with Core HCM Business processes involving Hire to Retire BPs.
  • Proficient in handling third-party integrations involving EIB, Core Connectors, Studio
  • Proficiency with Workday delivered connectors
  • Work on Integration issues between Workday HCM and Workday People Analytics
  • Strong reporting skills including development of complex Calculated fields and customization of Reports
  • Create / maintain technical specification documents.
