Workday Integration Specialist

Required Qualifications

7+ years of overall experience with Workday, including 4+ years specifically in integrations.
Proven experience participating in at least one full-cycle Workday implementation (two or more for candidates from Workday partners).
Strong hands-on experience with:
Workday Studio
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Workday Report Writer
XML/XSLT
Solid understanding of Web Services technologies and integration middleware platforms
Experience working with PICOF/PECI integrations, especially for Payroll support.
Familiarity with Workday Extend / Orchestration is a strong plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a high-energy environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Integration Certification (desirable but not mandatory).
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, and tenant configuration is a plus
