  • The client seeks an experienced Workday Integration Lead to oversee and guide the development of integrations between Workday, PeopleSoft, and other enterprise applications.
  • This leadership role is responsible for managing the Workday integration team, ensuring that integration solutions are designed, developed, tested, and deployed according to the client’s business and technical requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise with Workday’s integration technologies, PeopleSoft platforms, and a proven track record in managing technical teams on large-scale enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Workday integration workstream for the client’s Workday implementation, including team oversight, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integrations between Workday,
  • PeopleSoft, and other enterprise applications.
  • Establish integration strategy, architecture, standards, and best practices aligned with the client’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions.
  • Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentoring to integration developers and analysts.
  • Ensure integration deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Oversee issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of integration solutions.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests within the integration workstream.
  • Deliver regular status reports and updates to project leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience with enterprise system integration, including at least 3 years leading Workday integration projects.
  • Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, web services, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • In-depth experience with PeopleSoft data structures, integration frameworks, and data exchange methods.
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring technical integration teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule oversight.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex integration solutions in large-scale environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with higher education data and business processes.
  • Prior Workday and/or PeopleSoft certification(s).
  • Experience integrating Workday with a variety of third-party and enterprise applications
