iitjobs is seeking for a talented Workday Integration Developer to join the People Technology team involved in managing large-scale company initiative. The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.

Responsibilities:-

• Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Program or HRIS BAU capacity.
• Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment.
• Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration, Advanced Reporting Writer skills.
• Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Workday  Studio, Code HCM, Exchange.
• Provide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday Integration system
• Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
