Workday Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex integrations as part of the Oracle → Workday migration
Build and support integrations using:
Workday Studio
Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, EIB
SOAP/REST APIs
Implement hybrid integrations using Azure Integration Services:
Logic Apps
Azure Functions
API Management
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth data flow across systems
Troubleshoot, document, and provide post-deployment support
✅ Required Skills:
7+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance modules
Deep expertise in Workday Studio, Web Services, Core Connectors, and EIB
Strong background in Azure Integration Tools (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs)
Understanding of OAuth, SAML, and data security practices
Excellent communication skills & ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team
