Workday Implementation / Integrations - Lead

*Overall 12+ years of experienced candidate is required *
*Candidate Must be having PeopleSoft/Workday Certification*

*Candidate MUST be having experience of doing integration between PeopleSoft & Workday* 

*Requirements:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise system integration, including at least 3 years leading Workday integration projects.
• Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, web services, REST/SOAP APIs).
• In-depth experience with PeopleSoft data structures, integration frameworks, and data exchange methods.
• Prior experience managing and mentoring technical integration teams.
• Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule oversight.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering complex integration solutions in large-scale environments.
