Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our team in Culver City, CA, with the expectation to work onsite from Day 1 (4 days/week).
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM, with strong functional and technical understanding of core HCM processes, configuration, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM configurations Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support core HCM operations, data integrity, and reporting Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with third-party systems Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards Conduct testing, training, and documentation as needed Must-Have Qualifications:8+ years of Workday HCM experience Strong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields)Experience working in on-premise or hybrid environments Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Workday Extend Knowledge of Compensation, Talent, or Recruiting modules Familiarity with Workday Studio and integration frameworks Workday certification(s) are a must
