Job Responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes

  • Customize and configure Workday modules and workflows, ensuring they align seamlessly with organizational objectives and industry best practices
  • Craft dynamic reports, dashboards, and integrations within Workday to furnish actionable insights and elevate operational efficiency
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance to ensure flawless deployment and continuous enhancement of Workday environment
  • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to streamline testing, training, and rollout procedures
  • Maintain a pulse on the latest Workday updates, features, and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within Workday ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience designing and implementing Workday solutions, focusing on HR and finance modules
  • Proficiency in configuring Workday modules, workflows, reports, and integrations to meet specific business needs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for translating complex requirements into practical solutions
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Workday certification would be advantageous
