Description

This job is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts specifically for the Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent management and Performance management modules within Workday; including configuration; supporting testing by developing test plans and creating test cases; & implementation of system enhancements; troubleshooting user issues and documenting workflows; ad-hoc performance of quality audits. This role will be involved in daily monitoring of cases and IT tickets to support with production related issues for Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent and Performance with a focus on identifying streamlining opportunities.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Workday Recruiting and Talent Administrator; to include configuring related Business Processes, Questionnaires, Agencies, Goal Setting, Performance Review, Disciplinary Action Templates, Talent Review, Talent Calibration, etc. Workday Systems Administration
  • Ability to Troubleshoot Issues independently
  • Thorough documentation
  • Ability to multitask on competing priorities

  • Experience supporting IT ticketing systems
