- Responsibilities:
- Configuration to Business Processes (BP's)
- Supporting testing by developing test plans and creating test cases
- Implementation of system enhancements
- Creation of calculated fields and validation rules.
- Troubleshooting user issues and documenting workflows
- Ad-hoc performance of quality audits
- Monitoring of cases and IT tickets.
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Workday Recruiting and/or Talent Administrator
- Workday Systems Administration experience
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Thorough documentation skills
- Ability to multitask on competing priorities
- Clear and articulate communication skills
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical documentation
- End-to-end experience implementing Workday functionality and modules.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant experience creating Workday reports
- Workday Pro Recruiting & Workday Pro Talent Certified.
