7+ years’ experience in information technology, software development, engineering, or relevant fields.
5+ years’ experience in integration development in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting. Workday implementation experience is preferred
2+ years’ experience in a technical lead position
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through Workday reporting and business process configuration
Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, RaaS and Cloud Connect
Testing the integrations – Formulating scenarios that need to be tested, documenting them as well as working with the business and vendors on testing the integrations
Knowledge with Web Services, SOAP, XML, XSLT, REST, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, computer information systems, etc., or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience working with DevOps teams on implementing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/alerting a plus
