Job Description:
• The Manager of Human Resources Applications will support and maintain internal HR applications and growing technologies utilized by the department. This role serves as a support system for HR processes and operations, while working to give technical guidance to administrative and technical staff. You will be a key member in managing system changes, data integrity, and leading daily internal application functions. As our company continues to evolve, it will be essential to maintain our technology solutions, provide basic administration, and support integrations to maintain the HR departments success in the future.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR employees and others in the business
• Manage Workday related projects and assist in the optimization of the HR process
• Provide Workday knowledge, support, and guidance to HR employees
• Implement and upgrade HR applications and software
• Maintain compliance with data privacy and maintain confidentially of employee data
Qualifications:
• Experience in a supervisory role or managing HRIS projects/tasks
• Workday experience preferred but not required
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or equivalent experience required
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to create permanent resolutions
