Workday Architect

Experience/Expertise details:
·    Should have at least 7-10 years of HRIS/Financial systems experience, with 5+ years in Workday.
·    They need certification in relevant Workday modules (HCM, Financials, etc.), and
·    Expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, and integration tools.
·    Knowledge of business processes, security policies, and Workday reporting/analytics is essential.
·    Should have led at least 3-5 full Workday implementation cycles, demonstrating skills in configuration, security, and business process optimization.
·    Strong communication and leadership abilities are crucial for stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional teams
