Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Maintenance and Development:
    • Maintain, update, and enhance WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.​
    • Customize themes and templates to meet specific design and functional requirements.​
    • Develop and modify WordPress plugins as needed.​
  • Drupal Management:
    • Provide support for Drupal-based websites, including updates, module integrations, and troubleshooting.​
    • Assist in potential migrations between Drupal and WordPress platforms.​
  • Front-End Development:
    • Implement interactive and responsive features using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.​
    • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.​
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and back-end developers to deliver cohesive solutions.​
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and US-based stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.​
  • Performance Optimization and Security:
    • Conduct regular website performance audits and implement improvements.​
    • Ensure websites are secure and adhere to best practices in web development.​

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.​
  • Experience with Drupal CMS, including module management and site configuration.​
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.​
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.​
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.​
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
