Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
  • Manage Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and security configurations
  • Implement and maintain file servers and other Windows-based applications.
  • Patch management and OS updates using WSUS/SCCM.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot Windows performance and security issues.
  • Optimize VMware infrastructure for performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot VMware host, VM, and storage-related issues.
  • Strong Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services ( RDS ) with RD Gateway.
  • Strong Knowledge of KMS Servers & Volume Licensing concepts for Microsoft Windows.
  • Expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and VM management.
  • Experience with SAN/NAS storage solutions and backup technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Firewalls).
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
  • Develop scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and system management.
  • Automate VM provisioning, Windows deployments, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud integration (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as VCP (VMware Certified Professional) are preferred.
