Windows Server Admin

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016,
  2019, 2022).
• Manage Active Directory (AD), including user accounts, group policies,
  and security configurations.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS (Domain Name System) and DHCP
  (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) for seamless network
  connectivity.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize Hyper-V virtual environments, including
  VM creation, performance tuning, and backup strategies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure
  compliance with security best practices.
• Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to Windows Server systems.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Assist in network troubleshooting and work closely with other IT teams to
  resolve system-related issues.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

Responsibilities:

• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with cloud-based Windows Server environments (Azure,
  AWS).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
• Understanding of network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPN
  configurations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
  Visio, Draw.io, etc. for network architecture designing
• The candidate should have minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
  with reputed organization.
• Graduate/ MBA/ BBA/ Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
  preferred
• Technical Certifications on relevant OEMs and Technologies

• 4+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Domain
  Controllers.
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization.
• Proficiency in DHCP, DNS, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows Server security policies and patch

management.

• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or
  in a team.
• Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft Azure Administrator
