Windows OS Image Engineer

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Windows 10 Image Build, Configuration, Testing, and Release Management, along with advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with tools such as Radia for image, software, and patch management is essential. Additionally, knowledge of PowerShell code testing using Pester, application packaging automation with tools like Resilio and Ansible, and familiarity with Confluence for knowledge management and ITSM processes in ServiceNow are highly desirable.

The role demands strong architecture and design skills, with a passion for emerging technologies and a problem-solving mindset. The candidate must be able to analyze customer pain points, gather requirements, and provide well-structured design solutions. A deep understanding of various project phases, milestone deliverables, and change management processes is crucial. Strong documentation and presentation skills are also required to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

As a key technical expert, the candidate will interact with clients, understand business requirements, and provide guidance on resolving complex technical issues. A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, along with the ability to work independently and creatively, is essential. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field such as B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, or M.Tech from a reputed institution. ITIL and relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
