Provide Windows (Linux/Unix, Mac) support and basic Network support.

• Hands-on troubleshooting windows workstations and Windows Desktop/laptop.

• Managing and troubleshooting systems breakdown during the time frame given.

• Responsible for clone/backup workstation and Windows Desktop.

• Participate in on-call support and 24x7 for manufacturing support.
