Window Admin

The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Windows engineering, debugging and scripting using PowerShell or C#.
- Having a MCSE or other Windows related certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- The role involves Systems Administrator of Windows 11 client/server and Microsoft 365 SaaS solutions and applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Viva, Teams, and Cisco WebEx.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a stable and effective desktop platform, Windows 11 OSD/OEM RTP (Ready Image To Provision), SCCM/inTune for Windows, and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- The candidate should be familiar with modern browsers like Edge/Chrome and EntraID.
- The role requires knowledge of Active Directory User & Computer Management and GPOs, and experience with Splunk.
- ITIL V3 Foundation in Service Management certification is a plus.
- Experience with virtual/remote desktop & application platforms such as Windows 365, AVD, Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp Server, XenServer/VMware ESX and PaloAlto SASE VPN is required
