Windchill Technical Architect

About the Role:

As a Windchill Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Windchill solutions, including PLM-ERP integrations, within the luxury sector. You will oversee the lifecycle of PLM methodology, BoM & Routing, data migration, and change processes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support solutions that meet the business requirements and contribute to the company's growth. Additionally, you will provide mentoring and guidance to your team, ensuring successful project delivery.

This is a 6-month B2B contract based in Meyrin, Switzerland, with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Windchill PLM solutions, focusing on PLM-ERP integration (Windchill, SAP).
• Manage the lifecycle of BoM & Routing, Data Migration, and Change Process.
• Oversee solution design, system upgrades, and configuration, collaborating with teams to meet customer needs.
• Support SAP Manufacturing ERP processes, including Article, Bom, Routing, Production Order, and Purchase Order management.
• Work with REST APIs, Queue Messaging, and Event-Driven architecture.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with business objectives.

Preferred Skills:

• Extensive experience in PLM methodology and systems, particularly Windchill and SAP integration.
• Proven experience in the luxury sector and product development.
• Proficiency in handling multiple activities and overseeing technical solution delivery.
• Experience with REST APIs, Queue Messaging, and Event-Driven architecture.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
