About the Role:

As a Windchill Business Administrator, you will manage and support the Windchill PLM system, ensuring its efficient operation and continuous improvement. Your role includes customizing the system to meet business needs, troubleshooting issues, providing user support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. You will also be responsible for training end-users and maintaining documentation for all configurations.

This is a 6-month contract position based in Meyrin, Switzerland, with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Windchill PLM system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customize Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and access controls to align with business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Windchill users.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation on processes and configurations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Windchill system.
  • Stay updated with the latest Windchill features and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Windchill administration and support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Experience with Windchill customization using Java, JSP, and XML.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and French.
