Strong WebMethods development experience 
Flow services
Java services within WebMethods
SOAP and REST API 
Knowledge of TN, Broker, mws
Strong knowledge of XML and Json formats
Understanding of CAF and Optimize for process
Strong knowledge of relational DB (aka Oracle)
Good understanding of WM IS configurations 
Good knowledge of shell scripting
Process Models Development 
Source code management 
Ability to code in standalone JAVA is a plus
Understanding of SDLC agile methodologies.
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience in financial domain is a plus
