Job Description: 
We are seeking a talented Web Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging the Google Analytics 4 reporting tool, Business Intelligence (BI), and Tableau to provide insights into our digital platforms' performance and user behaviour. Your analytical expertise will drive data-driven decisions and optimize our online presence.

Responsibilities:
Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze website and application performance metrics, user behaviour, and conversion rates.
Create custom reports and dashboards in Google Analytics and Tableau to visualize data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for digital initiatives.
Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve user experience, marketing campaigns, and overall digital strategy.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by validating data sources and implementing data governance best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in web analytics, BI, and data visualization tools.

Qualification & Requirements:
Proven experience in web analytics using Google Analytics 4 and proficiency in Google Analytics Reporting.
Strong analytical skills with experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
