Web Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader (Business
Development & Website Process) to lead our sales team successfully in Kolkata.
As a Team Lead you will be responsible for devising strategies to meet and
exceed our sales targets, managing and motivating the sales team, and ensuring
the smooth running of the sales department. Should have ample knowledge of
Digital Marketing.

Roles and Responsibilities:
o Efficiently handle cold calling both inbound and outbound.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed
sales targets. Generate leads.
o Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
o Train, and manage sales representatives.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and team
members.
o Ensure that all sales team members adhere to company policies and
procedures. The sales team should be transparent with the customer
about SEO results.
o Provide regular feedback to the sales team and conduct performance
evaluations.
o Collaborate & transfer the customer requirements with the Project
Management team.
o Should stay up-to-date with industry developments & the lead-hunting
process.
Qualifications and Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
o Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
o Previous experience and knowledge in Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO,
Adwords, Google Ads) and website development.
o Overall, 4-6 years of experience in a sales role and at least 2 years in
team handling.
o Strong leadership and motivational skills.
o Experience in lead generation via cold calling.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to analyse and interpret sales data and metrics.
o Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
o Good at building client relations.
o Should have the ability to analyse websites through various tools to
prepare a sales pitch.
