Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:-
• Must possess a strong understanding of SIP & VOIP
• Should have extremely good troubleshooting/analytical skills
• Must be well versed in BT Trade product suite including Verba Voice recording
• Must have at least TWO of below technical expertise
• VoIP platform experience (CISCO/Avaya/Asterisk/Alcatel etc.)
• Session border controller (SBC)
• Microsoft Teams / Azure
• Voice gateways (VEGA , etc.)
• CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certification
• Voice Recording experience
• E1/T1 technologies and Analogue

 

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Support and Maintenance of VoIP based turrets on trade floor
Troubleshooting issues
Analyzing Wireshark/product logs
Provide Migration / change support
Triage major incidents
Drive major incident calls
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Must have excellent written and spoken English.
