As a Voice and SBC Specialist Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting critical Session Border Controller technologies and contributing to the stability and efficiency of our client's communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, support, and troubleshoot Session Border Controller technologies (e.g., Oracle, etc.).
Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI for reporting and insights.
Administer operating systems including Linux and Windows Server, and perform database administration tasks.
Administer telephone exchange systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, etc.).
Plan and execute migration of SBC services, including upgrades and platform migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication services.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and supporting Session Border Controller technologies (Oracle, etc.).
Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI.
Experience administering operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
Experience with database administration.
Minimum of 3 years of experience administering telephone exchanges (Avaya, Cisco, etc.).
Proven experience in migrating SBC services (upgrades, platform migration).
Preferred Skills:
Experience configuring and managing SBCs from manufacturers such as Avaya, Audiocodes, and Cisco.
