Must Have Skills
• Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM, including device configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain the Workspace ONE UEM platform to manage a diverse range of devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, and configuration. Manage device lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
• Create, implement, and manage device and application policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols.
• Provide expert-level support for end-users, addressing and resolving technical issues related to devices and Workspace ONE UEM.
• Monitor the performance and health of the UEM environment, generate reports, and analyze system metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement and manage security measures, including data encryption, remote wipe capabilities, and compliance monitoring to safeguard organizational data.
• Able to collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Workspace ONE UEM with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Proficiency in managing various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) within an enterprise environment.
• Able to support version upgrades for enrolled devices.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security practices, including data protection, encryption, and threat mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Must demonstrate ability to work productively with a wide range of people.
• Configuration of Security and compliance policies.
• Providing Root Cause Analysis for Major incidents.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, policies, procedures, and support tickets.
• Configuration of SSL Certificates.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Participation in global/local projects as required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Regular Interaction with client and provide summary/report of issues and achievements.
• Lead technical projects through requirement gathering, design, build, test and deploy phases.
• Try to implement and initiate as much automation as possible to reduce the overall manual efforts and document reusable information.
• Regular team meets and discusses ongoing tickets, address team concerns, and provide updates to the team.
Good to Have Technical and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Exchange (Online and On-premises) functionality.
• Understanding of Hardware and Network Load Balancer.
• Experience with additional endpoint management platforms or enterprise mobility solutions.
• Good Client interaction skills.
• Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively over conference calls.
• Technical writing skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Should be willing to work in shifts.
