• 7 to 15 years of hands-on experience with Vision Plus, specifically in product implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Vision Plus architecture and its integration with other systems.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Vision Plus configurations and functionality.
• Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering Vision Plus implementations in a timely and efficient manner.
• In-depth understanding of the Vision Plus product suite, including features, modules, and custom solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff and share knowledge effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
