Virtual Infrastructure Engineer

- Role involves being part of an agile team within Employee Platforms (EP) to enhance, build, and deliver core desktop technology solutions
- Responsibilities include designing, engineering and deploying services in Azure, creating CI/CD pipelines, building scalable and reusable workflows and scripts, collaborating with external and internal teams, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Required skills include extensive knowledge of public cloud and on-premise Windows virtual desktop environments, experience with Agile, Jira, Servicenow, and Intune, strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines, and expertise in Azure API Management
- Basic qualifications include experience managing and engineering automation for large scale windows based platforms, understanding of advanced networking concepts, and architect experience of VMWare or Citrix desktop virtualization technologies
- Preferred skills include customer-facing and relationship building skills, expert knowledge of Windows 11, knowledge of Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud technologies, and Azure Cloud Certification
