Veeva support analyst

Job Description:

Veeva, MY SQL, Javascript/LifeScience Domain
• Hands on Veeva system, SQL, and Javascript with a preferred knowledge on Life Science Hub (LSH) and life sciences domain. 
• Must have worked previously in production support. 
• Gathering , understanding and analyzing Business Requirements
• Preparation of SRS, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications 
• Establishing, Monitoring & Improving project processes, including Incident Management, Change Management and Quality Management. 
• Identifying areas for improvements in the design/coding and implementing the same
• Ability to interact with business and understand business processes and basic terms. Candidate must possess a proven track record in terms of technical implementation as well as the ability to interact well with business clients.
