Veeam Backup Engineer

Responsibilities:
System Design & Implementation: 
Design and implement the company's Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam Service Provider Console, Cloud Connect, in a multi-tenant environment. This includes server architecture and implementation, software installation, and configuration of backup and replication jobs. 

System Administration & Maintenance: 
Manage and maintain the multiple Veeam environments to ensure optimal performance. This includes performing upgrades/patches, managing capacities, and ensuring systems uptime, and escalating cases to Veeam support as necessary to provide swift resolutions.

Backup & Recovery Management: 
Oversee the organizational backup and recovery processes. Ensure all data is backed up according to RTO and RPO SLAs for both internal and multi-tenant use. Manage data recovery planning and perform periodic exercises to demonstrate restores and readiness in case of primary source data loss.
