Scope of work :

Rearchitect the existing solution to meet the SLA, Resiliency and Availability requirements
Re-engineer the current implementation to meet the new requirements (Multi Region for both Cloud and On-Prem)
Re-baseline the code for the Vault and required sub components like Consul, Integrated Storage etc.
Perform the required production hardening and security hardening and prepare a SOP for operation 
Recommend best practices and industrialized patterns for Prod deployments
