You will unpack ambiguous problems, absorb insights about the business and its users, design, test, and help deliver usable, engaging content and information across a gamut of digital touchpoints - microsites, landing pages, emails, and tools. More about what you will do:

- Elevate the quality of the team, giving and soliciting constructive feedback and knowledge.
- Scope and prioritize work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Skills/experience
- 5+ years of experience (senior level): designing for content and information leveraging expertise in information architecture and design (with a proven portfolio of work); interaction design and visual design, exhibiting a proficiency in user experience concepts, typography, layout, and responsive design
- Demonstrable articulation of product strategy and vision and all the thinkings - design/strategic/system
- Strong understanding and application of user-centered design methods and principles
- Mastery of Figma (components, variants, prototyping, branching, etc.); experience with other software is a plus
- Proficiency in prototyping; motion design skills are a bonus
- Well-versed in accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), designing for broad audiences
- Experience working in scrum/agile and with developers
- Experience working with user experience researchers and various methods of research and designing experiments
