UX Researcher

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join the John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group in Urbandale, IA. In this role, you will lead and support user research efforts that guide digital product development, focusing on usability, adoption, and user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product teams to inform design decisions and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research goals and identify user needs.
• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
• Analyze and synthesize research data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders to support design and product strategy.
• Help define and track UX metrics (e.g., ease of use, adoption, satisfaction).
• Conduct field research regionally with customers as needed.
• 4+ years of UX research experience in a product development environment
