Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Analyze research data to identify trends, insights, and user pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other UX research artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into design and product development.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand industry trends.
• Synthesize and present research findings to stakeholders in an engaging and actionable format.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain research documentation and contribute to a centralized research repository
