UX Lead

Job Description:
-5 years of UX/UI design experience in a modern product development environment
-UX Lead for the Digital Planning-Sizing team
-Proven track record designing successful consumer-facing experiences
-Expert in at least one or two, and solid in the rest of the following disciplines: interaction design, information architecture, UI design, user research, visual design, motion design, service design, storytelling, and prototyping
-Highly proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Principle, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MIRO
-Expertise with web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solution
-Experience facilitating design workshops and user research
-Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field
