UX Designer

We take the most impactful design opportunities and make them a reality through UX guidance and platform code. We make products more efficient at building beautifully designed products for everyone.
The Design Intelligence team collaborates with other teams understanding of UI and UX design (reasoning, generation, critiquing, manipulation.) We are a "tri-coastal" team with core members on the US west coast, NYC, and Germany.

Responsibilities:

Development of datasets for AI training and evaluation
Eval development and experimentation (in collaboration with UX team)
Dataset creation tooling development
Data analysis of benchmark results, including development of necessary infrastructure
Fine tuning LLM models
Productionizing of datasets for application to post-training of LLMs

Experience:

Code comprehension Ability to extract relevant information from reading code in one or more core languages and frameworks, including the ability to leverage the code as a resource to create work output for users or stakeholders.
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Experience creating prototypes or custom tooling for the product development process.
Experience with front-end development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other).
A passion for AI/ML and its potential to transform user experiences.
Experience working with large datasets and machine learning models or dataset creation or annotation.
