UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and analyse user behaviour to inform design decisions
Create prototypes and conduct usability/user testing to validate and refine designs
Map complex journeys to identify coherent design solutions
Present and articulate design artefacts and direction effectively to stakeholders and the wider team
Develop consistent and effective user experience design patterns across the our product platform
Collaborate closely with UI designers, Product Owners, business stakeholders and development teams
Advocate for a user centred design process and contribute to the development of our overall design strategy
Drive a user centred design process that values research, accessibility and usability

Your Background

Strong proficiency in user research methodologies and usability testing
Experience with creating journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
Solid understanding of UX design principles and best practices
Experience bringing digital experiences to life through collaboration with development teams
Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar
Ability to communicate design concepts and decisions clearly and effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform thorough user experience evaluations
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
