UX Designer

 Job Description

The UX Designer, will play a critical role in creating seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will conduct user research, create wireframes, design prototypes, and collaborate with developers to bring designs to life. Your work will focus on improving usability and enhancing customer satisfaction while aligning with business goals.
 

Job responsibilities include:

• User Research & Insights:
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
  • Analyze user behaviors, needs, and pain points to uncover actionable insights.
  • Create user personas, customer journey maps, and user stories to inform design decisions
• Design & Prototyping:
  • Design low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
  • Develop intuitive and responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Work with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar to design user flows and interactions
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between design, development, and product goals.
  • Communicate design concepts clearly through sketches, diagrams, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended
• Design Systems & Consistency:
  • Adhere to and contribute to design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are followed in all designs.

What you need:

·         2-4 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs

·         Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or equivalent.

·         Solid understanding of user research techniques and usability testing methods.

·         Familiarity with information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design principles.

·         Understanding of basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) for collaboration with developers (a plus).

·         Experience in creating user personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes
