Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams, business stakeholders, end-users, and UX peers to identify key problems and opportunities.
- Apply human-centered and data-driven design principles to conceptualize and validate usable, viable, and delightful solutions aligned with business goals.
- Conduct user research, task and workflow analysis, journey mapping, and process diagramming.
- Create wireframes, multi-fidelity prototypes, and execute usability testing with iterative improvements.
- Design user interfaces and interaction models; deliver clear specifications for implementation.
- Ensure adherence to organizational UX standards for usability and experience consistency.
- Support product teams during implementation and work with both collocated and remote collaborators.
Experience Requirement:
- 5-12 years of experience in human-centered design within agile software development environments.
- Proven ability to create and execute usability testing for complex, multi-step interactions and data visualizations.
- Hands-on experience designing responsive web or mobile applications with a mobile-first mindset.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
- Experience working with remote and collocated teams, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is highly desired.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across levels.
