UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user goals and business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements, establish user flows, and ensure the technical feasibility of design concepts.
• Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms and products.
• Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

 
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly
