Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define requirements, establish user flows, and ensure the technical feasibility of design concepts.
Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms and products.
Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics).
Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts clearly
